Waking up to the soothing sounds of the waves and the breathtaking view of the ocean was a daily highlight. The room's design is thoughtful, ensuring both luxury and convenience. Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The hotel is well located in Costa Adeje and it is minutes from the beach and the promenade where there are tons of amenities, restaurants and bars. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which was a great choice, the room was very spacious, clean, and well kept. The room came with the a la crate breakfast which I highly recommend, the wait staff were incredible. The hotel staff were friendly and super helpful (getting our luggage to our room, etc). We rented a car for the week so the free onsite underground parking was a huge benefit. The pool was heated and there was also an unheated section with a small waterfall to give you some swimming options and there were lots of chairs by the pool. 5/5 and I hope to be back one day soon!

It's rare that I write a review of a place that i am currently staying at but I think it needs to be done. This hotel is special, the actual hotel and grounds are architecturally amazing , the pools, the bars and the restaurants are superb. The breakfast is incredible. In many years of international travel I have never encountered such a spread. But what makes this place special is the staff. They are the ultimate, friendly, efficient, and discreet. Tonight, after dinner , we sat on our balcony overlooking the pools and watching the evening entertainment ( which we previously had to dance to) we just felt utterly contented. Can I say more)

Shame some basic services are lacking. Less service and facilities than average 4 star hotel. Beautiful pool area, water nice and warm and salty. Good sun loungers. Rooms and staff perfect even though some basic comforts that every 5 star hotel has, are missing. Building partially art deco. Lots of trees etc by the pool. Breakfast buffet looks varied at first glance but is not in actual fact varied. Much of the same. Staff at breakfast are excellent however. Hot food in buffet is often cold. Comparible to 3/4 star Holiday Inn. So not bad but not 5 star. Nothing extra. Bread from the supermarket🍞. No minibar unless you pay extra. Of course you expect pay for the drinks but here you buy a package. Until you buy a package, the mini bar remains locked so you cannot use it at all. Never seen this before🤷🏼‍♀️. Especially not in a 5 star hotel😟 Gym is bad shape: 2/3 of equipment working, rest is not.🏋️ In bathroom: no vanity kit or showercap, no shoe shine etc all the usual for a 5 star hotel. Room and housekeeping otherwise excellent. No need to go half board. Load of delicious restaurants on your doorstep. Have not experienced the dinner buffet but other guests say they paid for it and have gone out to eat because it is always the same and no freshly fried fish like many buffets. In fact: fish definitely swam into other cooks’ frying pans. Good fish to be had everywhere. 🐟🦐🦞🦀👨🏻‍🍳

Jardines de Nivaria is a true paradise resort. Stunning and beautiful architecture, friendly and positive staff and a calm peaceful environment. A gem within the south of Tenerife. With two pools and lots of sunbeds and a spa you can relax and unwind. Rooms are newly refurbished ensuring maximum comfort, the food is great with lots of selection and themed nights, the bar staff are amazing providing so much entertainment as well as awesome drinks. You can tell the staff truly love their jobs. Will certainly be returning and have already recommended to people for their next holiday.
